Through TacitSurvey, conduct paid surveys amongst your targeted population. This will help you gain a better understanding of the consumers as well garner insights as to how to improve your products and/or marketing strategies. 


The main aim of TacitSurvey is to use the tacit knowledge of the professionals in our network to improve your business strategy. 



2. How does TacitSurvey work?


Through TacitSurvey, you can post a series of questions designed to better understand your target consumer group and gather feedback about the products and/or marketing strategy. 


You can have as many questions as you want and also structure the survey as per your requirements. When a survey is completed, you will be notified. And when the required number of survey responses have been collected or when the time limit you had set in your survey has reached, the results will be collated and sent to you for analysis.

4. How will I get the results of my survey?


When a survey is completed, you will be notified. And when the required number of survey responses have been collected or when the time limit you had set in your survey has reached, the results will be collated and sent to you for analysis.



5. How do I pay the people who participated in the survey?


When posting the TacitSurvey, you are required to pay the required amount in full. When the desired number of survey responses have been collected or when the time limit you had set in your survey has reached, the survey results that have been collected will be collated and sent to you for analysis. 


After you complete reviewing the survey results and discarding the unsatisfactory results, we will transfer the money to the participants who had met all the requirements of your survey.



6. Do I have to pay for incomplete surveys?


No, you do not have to pay for incomplete surveys. We will disburse the payment only if all the survey questions have been answered and all the other conditions that you had mentioned in the survey have been met to your utmost satisfaction. 



7. How do I post a TacitSurvey?


To post a TacitSurvey, click on the “TacitSurvey” tab, which is available inside the “Monetize” side navigation bar. The survey can be of various types, such as:


  1. Multiple choice

  2. Single choice

  3. Textbox

  4. Star-rating


Select the type of survey you wish to post and fill out the relevant details such as: 


  1. Company profile

  2. TacitSurvey title

  3. TacitSurvey description

  4. Number of responses required

  5. Amount for each response

  6. Interest category


Make the required payment and then, post the TacitSurvey. Please do note that you can post the survey only from the desktop version of the TacitKey platform. 



8. Can I specify how many participants are required?



Yes, you can make any specifications you want in the survey that you post, including the number of participants.



9. How many questions should be there in the surveys?


There is no hard set rule as to how many questions should be there in the survey. You can have as many questions as you want.



10. What happens if the desired number of participants do not answer the survey?


If the required number of participants do not participate in the survey, after a specified time, we will close the survey and send the collected results to you for analysis. After completing the analysis and paying the participants in this cycle, the survey will be made live again. 


You will be provided with options to increase the reach through enhanced social promotion and slightly altered target population. This will ensure that you get the desired number of participants this time around.
